That's the state of my give a d@mn right now with FFXIV and CBU3. I don't think they can "WOW" me any more.

They have their schedules, and their trimmed down content. They have their cash cow in maintenance mode. It doesn't matter what myself or anyone says, they don't listen to feedback anymore.

It's just depressing at this point, the game that came back from the ashes has become stale and I hoped it would never reach that point but here we are.

I get where you are coming, though I never expected to be "wowed" by 6.4 as we already knew mostly what to expect from it. I think my greater concern is with fanfest and the start of the media tour seeing what we are going to get in 7.0 with regards to combat/jobs. I worry that they are going to double down on the 2 minute burst rotations and basically give us ShB 3.0 when it comes to gameplay. Hopefully the graphical update is worth the wait and didn't suck too many resources out of gameplay or other things.

I'm in the same boat. I'm more or less devoid of any emotional investment and expected to be wowed by absolutely nothing in the 6.4 trailer, and I can affirm I was not disappointed.

The challenges are there, but they decided to not doing it because of "not my stuff" and "what for?" and "boring". For example, "The Accursed" title, "Wings of Fire" title, Big Fishes, and Pteranodon mount.

I love the content. It's not mediocre it's pretty cool. Sorry for you and yours that don't care for it but then again for a couple dozen of you on this forum that's par for the course you're never happy with anything.
