I was kinda thinking something along those lines but wasn't sure..Ty for the answer.I know I can post on the forums for about 2 weeks after my active sub to the game ends. Maybe it's something like that, that or because it takes a while for the forum to update (Like I can't go onto the forums right after reactivating my account until like 4-12 hours after logging into the game actively)
More than that. You need to have a lot of reports filed against you for something like that to happen. Bans dealing with bots and automation are typically done in waves. To be banned for it outside of a wave is, at least to me, an indicator that this must have been a fairly common occurrence. Or, as is usually the case, there's more to the story.
This is why I craft inside my apartment or house. When I'm going to be crafting for hours, don't need some random person reporting you for botting when you're not. I haven't seen a mouse that can do macros ever. Have seen mouse with a turbo button and controllers with turbo buttons to them.
It's pretty easy to make a macro on a gaming mouse that would allow you to bot crafting. Sounds like OP fell asleep and left it running. This is why I craft inside my apartment or house. If getting people banned for botting was actually so simple I think we'd be seeing a lot more of them getting purged.
I can't help but think there's some other factor that's either not being mentioned or the TC is simply unaware of somehow.
Automating gameplay is cheating. Sorry you don't like it, but most people don't like cheaters.

Next bot ban wave announcement you can feel proud to know you were a part of that
Were you botting on your main or on your alt?
The char you're posting on, which is presumably your alt, would be an easy ban since it looks like a random bot with not much investment into the game.
If it's your main, the one with all 90s, then usually the only time it'll get perma'd in the first round is if you get mass reported.
Botting is not even uncommon at this point among raiders. There are many who bot Expert roulettes, get ACRs, who bot crafting for pots etc. The only times they have been banned for botting specifically is when they pissed someone off and someone used it against them.
You shouldn't be asking the forums for advice, you should be seriously sitting down and think if people have a grudge against you on Famfrit.
------------
Edit:
Actually, do you stream? Did you stream DSR or something? And do you have literally any mod on your stream? That falls under cheating and that has been a perma-ban for some people lately, ever since the TOP drama. The crafting might be a red herring, and sometimes they ban people for infractions months ago.
If you want to stream with mods on, either don't, or obfuscate your name.
But it does say something about the sick state of the game when raiders raiding with a UI mod like DelvUI would get perma'd while 24/7 RMT gathering bots (lol) wouldn't even suffer anything.
--------
Oh and finally, I know someone who did RMT who got back their account by literally denying everything consistently (she did actually play on her account though). I'm not saying you should, but there is a universe out there where you deny everything and get back your account. Also call them.

To your first question, it was my main character, that's why I wrote request to support center. And I cannot use the main account to post thread here. The forum won't allow me to post without character. So this is my second account.
I won't deny I used mouse macros to craft. I boldly admitted those using mouse macros in every reply I sent to the support center. And I didn't stream anything on twitch or youtube. Even I stream my ffxiv, there is nothing strange(3rd-part apps, mods). So I don't need to worry people could report me using something which is not from ffxiv.
I don't think call/chat with support center is useful. Their service cannot help me to take account back. And wasting a lot of my time. I thought if I could call to their Head Office number, that will be good.
And I don't know people who have a grudge against to me. I seldom talk with strangers. So I cannot figure out it.

It's really uncharacteristic to get perma-banned from a single offense, as well.
The few people I know of who did get banned for botting only got temp bans and were removed from the Firmament rankings, but they came back a week later.
