How you think this doesn't make any sense is what doesn't make any sense. If I clear all of the new content as it is a joke, and then say that there is nothing left to do, how does that not make sense?
Well I take what I read as what they mean. "Nothing to do" and "nothing left to do" arent exactly the same. Times in the past folks have claimed there's no content when I reality it's just things they don't want to do hence to them theres nothing but factually there is. This isn't uncommon hence why I find it confusing. Not joking or trolling, dead serious

It's also factually true that if someone has been playing consistently and is up to date with the story, beast tribes, and whatnot, then the additional patches we get are lacking and done in a few hours.Well I take what I read as what they mean. But there is the endless content ! Have you done all of the achievements ? Like desynth 10 000 times ? Isnt that very entertaining ?
That'll be the response, or the usual
"just take a break" as the perfect excuse to mediocre content and lack of it lmao, and even when you take a break, you come back and its rinse and repeat, content for at most a week (if its a good patch, else it's maybe 3 days, and that is if you are SLOW, else it's a few hours), then nothing again, guess we just need to keep taking breaks 350 days a year to be able to "enjoy the game to its fullest"
Maybe FF14 should just go F2P while still having the mogstation and charging for expansions? That would certainly solve my complaints. But there is the endless content ! Have you done all of the achievements ? Like desynth 10 000 times ? Isnt that very entertaining ?

so you want them to just give up all of those monthly subs from people that won't stop subbing..for what reason exactly? Why would they do that? When the people that say they hate the game and have nothing to do won't stop subbing, let alone the people that enjoy the game, what benefit would going f2p have?
It would bring a bunch of people that don’t give a crap about anything, are super toxic, and can create 10,000 more free accounts to shout and spill obscenities all over the place even if they get banned the first time.so you want them to just give up all of those monthly subs from people that won't stop subbing..for what reason exactly? We already have enough of those and at least the sub Is a decent filter for the absolute worst.
My point is more that they aren't doing enough to justify charging people monthlyso you want them to just give up all of those monthly subs from people that won't stop subbing..for what reason exactly? The obvious answer is of course, "stop subbing" but yea, all that lack of content to complain about in your houses. I'm glad that I can just stop subbing whenever I want. Not having a house is awesome in this game. You really should try it.
