If people play it, then its not a Failure.
Its a Niche in every Fantasy setting, its never going to be popular and widespread like a human character

It's a failure if only a minority play it due to how much work they're putting into it. Roe at least was a launch race. This will be last race/gender added to the game as far as we know. I doubt they want it to end on a sour note.

So, I'm betting on the female Hrothgar being hot/cute like Miqo'te and Au'ra.
