I'll go for the reward every season. But I really do not have fun playing the PvP for these rewards. It's a miserable experience. Frontlines is so horribly balanced.

Something also worth mentioning is that the Malmstone rewards aren't actually related to Crystalline Conflict. Calling it a "Crystalline Conflict Glamour Coffer" gives the wrong idea that you can only do CC to earn it.
All PvP modes will earn you series exp.

Then dont do it? Its fine as is. You are just lazy. I can grind to 25 easy overtime. They even give alot of time to get it. Other games give you a month or two to get their battlepass stuff.

This. You can do a FL roulette every other day, just the one time, and likely get it in the 4 months between patches if you don't wait until the last second to grind 25 levels in like, a week or something... which I've done. I don't recommend that. But doing from patch start or thereabouts? You'd only have to do one FL roulette a day to get it in like, 2 months. This is the biggest first world problem tbh.

Then don’t do it. Simple as that.

You aren’t even restricted to do CC to gain series level unless you’re trying to grind through ASAP. (in which case: work for it)

Basically any PvP, including Frontlines will give you progress.

I just wish I could queue up with friends in premade groups. The rage at people playing like they don't have hands is something nobody wants to experience. Let me play with my friends against other premade groups.

PVP Series rewards are fine as is..,
in the long term, more rewards won't fix or improve pvp either.[I think there should even be a ranked Series, that basically is one/two Series rewards ahead of the current one. thus making it exclusive to ranked. and it's exp being higher, the more wins and higher bracket you're in. this isn't covering t100, as exclusivity there is kinda pointless to exist as seasons age<so debate that in a old thread if you want>]

and like others said, it would make current/future rewards much more special. and reason to keep play time in PVP if you're required to complete old Series/Passes before getting to the new/latest Rewards.

It's not too bad, but it'd be less bad if PvP wasn't awful at the moment.

I do very much dislike how they've added FOMO style mechanics to the game, though. Yet another thing that goes against the supposed "It's fine to play other games!" thing YoshiP keeps saying.

It takes only 4 hours. 4 hours of gameplay to get to that rank. If you dont wanna bother spending 4 hours in PvP, thats fine. But dont expect PvP based rewards. Is it that hard to think, that you dont actually need to own everything?

Rare skins have to be earned, not like the Endwalker relics which are offered almost effortlessly.

If you think it's too hard, it's not for you, personally, I did it in 4 days, even though I don't like PvP.
