They should make special housing wards specifically for people who started at the ARR launch, quit for nearly 8 years, and came back for pre Endwalker hype. This would be totally fair and is not just a self serving statement.

They aren't. The legacy players were already given their rewards, including the forever reduced subscription fee.

You've had a decade to get that large house, with some periods during that decade when there was no competition for the larges. Look in the mirror to see why you missed out.
