Issue with that is that WHM doesn't have shields, outside of Benison. The reason people want Stoneskin is because it's a GCD option for shielding that isn't limited by CDs. If it were SCH or SGE then it'd be a different story

And cleric being tied to their 2min makes it the same as Assize: ignored, pointless, just a 'side effect' of the 'more damage' button.
