So they should probably rework them in case anything goes wrong.
I'm running through the raids in my head and I can't think of any mechanic that really requires two tanks per party. There's several points where there's two adds the tank in each party has to take care of, but for the most party a single tank can easily handle them, and I don't think an ilvl sync would make it overly difficult.
