Pickings Are Slim, But This Really Isn't Okay, Is It?

Hi! I'm the owner of said medium plot! To cover a few a things, I am indeed not part of the FC. I was simply lucky #1. I am overjoyed that after trying for 3 years, that I finally got a medium plot. I am not happy about my neighbors. Honestly, I don't care that they are covering up my plot at all, it's the stairway leading up that's a hassle. Also when I teleport in, sometimes I get stuck in the barrage of namazu/HoH/hot springs. It is definitely harrassment and I have reported now several times, I lost count.

What I did find, however, is that the original FC leader changed worlds and they even left a message in my message book, leaving all their alts to the FC

My daughter and I spoke to the only level 90 player in that FC, and they feigned ignorance as to what was going on, teleported away and a few hours later changed their name- as if they'd be absolved of all the issues once doing so. I've got screenshots of it all.

I have reported that FC, a few times now, once before you won, and then, just a few days ago. I also posted on Twitter to get this out there as well.

Winning a house in this game is brutal and I wish others would stop shitting on other people to either try to get ahead, or to just act like bullies because for some reason, they get a thrill out of it. It's gross.

That FC changed leadership just this very week from what it was when I saw first saw it- don't let those folks fool you. They know exactly what they're doing- they've even changed the house name from what it was.

if you are on the server where it happens go there take a screenshot and report the owner who did these things... this more this better and ALSO HOW CAN A REPORT WITH AN INCIDENT LIKE THIS be ignored?

So many people have reported this that I agree, it being ignored so far by SE is insane, which is why I've done everything I can to get this issue recognized and resolved- but I'm running out of steam. I'm not quite sure what I can even do anymore... and yes, I did inform a few gaming news sites as well.

The best thing you can do is keep playing the game and try to not think about this situation too much while it is unfair. We definitely don't want the good people running out of steam.


You can always resume the fight once you got more steam in you.



To the winner keep up the fight and if you feel like losing steam, while it is harder for you to ignore cause literally your house. Try to think about other positive stuff and don't let the fc bully you out of this house!

I enjoy the game and while this situation is irksome, for me at least, it doesn't affect my love for all things Eorzea. I am at a loss for what I can do to help resolve this issue though. It's my idea-steam that's lacking.

I definitely agree with your thoughts regarding the owner of the medium, LuciDala. I think he's been very gracious with this whole thing, and I do want him to know he's got support behind him, even if it's just a voice echoing his.

On the bright side, it makes me glad that the loser in question only has a small house he can't even use on his main character because people would show up to make fun of him if he tried.

Thank you! I know I have put more than enough reports, my FC put in reports, and my friends did too, along with so many people who don't even know me which I am so grateful for. But it still got me nowhere yet. I hope, at the very least, their house gets taken.

You should contact in-game support (GM) using the "Report Harassment" option in the Menu, this is the only option to get direct support and this is clearly a Harassment.

Explain that you won this plot and that the neighbor is placing furnishings inside of your plot's yard and that you are having difficultly accessing your plot because of this, including teleporting to the plot and getting stuck.

They will have to answer you and you should screenshot what they say about it if they say that isn't Harassment.

Menu > System > Support Desk > Contact Us > Report Harassment.

Just a little update, they did chage their placard to be a discord user. I heavily advise people to not message and don't feed the troll.
The blockade is still there and I'm still reporting. The support has been great but we're all still being ignored.
I just wish I could message a GM personally and have them see the place for themselves.

Unfortunately, the owner of the medium plot, LuciDala, has done this to no avail. The community has also done so, also because it's walkways that are totally blocked, not just the plot. Everyone and every ticket is being ignored, sans a canned response.

Yup, saw that Discord addition a few days ago. I wouldn't put it beneath them to have framed some innocent Discord user into getting hate messages for their actions. The owner of that plot doesn't strike me as being real bright.

I made a character on this server and went to see with my own eyes. It's just nastily. Reported it and asked my friends do the same. I don't understand why SE still do nothing with these people. I really don't understand. It's impossible to go out into the garden without annoyance. I supported the owner of house with comment and like, unfortunately that's all I can do. And it's very sad As I understand it, dozens of people wrote a report, but this does not help. I didn't expect such indifference from SE. By the way, there is a very beautiful design in house and it definitely deserves a visit simply because it's cozy and nice!

Random thought I just had:

If the GMs won't take action for whatever reason, then I wonder if submitting it as a bug report would at least get those furnishings removed. Members of the FC that own the plot below should not be able to place the items on the plot above that they do not own.

Same with the items blocking the pathway. The anchor points for the furnishings appear to be placed outside of the plot's boundaries. Players should not be able to place items outside of their plots.
