Ngl I wish fur patterns were also an option, not just the markings in the fur. Probably hard, if not impossible, since those patches have different 'skin' textures to begin with, but one can dream

I still want them to be small and cute. Would be alot better. Them being like Au Ra would be nice as we havent had that size difference in a long time and is needed. We dont need Roe 2.0 where they are disliked and barely played As big buff women. Also more like a cat than a lion. So smaller snout. More elegant. Have them be the opposite of the male.

You've probably seen this here before, but why not, after all... Great ideas by Reddit artist Fullmime!
My absolute favorite is the one on the left. Can't call myself a fan of naked cat faces a la Ferres from AA. But the one on the left is good enough - still more refined than the man's face, but fully in keeping with the Hrothgar as a race.

Actually, now that I look at this, I'm starting to wonder something else...

Are the females going to have the same shoulder-length tuft the males have? Or would their fur be more spread out like in this image?

Because one other thing to consider is how you're going to have a chest option (I assume). I think the fur would get in the way of that, so odds are it might be a different pattern??

I would love it if we could have the fur patterns shown in Allegor's post! At least for the males. I fully expect the females to have a less pronounced fur patch. 1 thing that they could do is make them 2 toned as I have seen in some fan art (and some that I have done myself).
But I would love it if the females had the same fur patches as the males, though spread out to compliment their figure more (like it does for the males).

I personally think that they could shape it as the top half of a love hearth, since the male one kind of looks like the bottom half of one (with their "v" shape), making a full hearth together! Don't know just throwing random stuff out there, something might stick XD

1 and 7 are my faves!!! They look so cool!
I would love it if when SE decides to revamp the CC they would add this types of fur pattern for Hrothgar! Maybe some that could also affect the face texture, giving the face also a 2 tone or stripes! You can kind of do that with face paint, but more diversity in it would be cool!
