Not really, for that to happen they would need to have their unique hairstyles adapted for hats, which does not seems to be the case. That's why Viera can wear some helmets that hide all the hair altogether, like the YoRHa hoods.

I find it mind-boggling they gender locked the outfits when they just unlocked another Valentione's sets literally two weeks ago.

Just. Why.

On reddit, people that datamined these outfits are saying that the items are partially gender unlocked in the game files, but apparently by what we're seeing in this special site, they're not ready?

I suppose it's something they'll finish in the future probably prior to the next Valentiones to give people incentive to buy the alternate version in the mogstation lol.
