Yep, Balmung was Big-C Congested from basically the start of Stormblood until Shadowbringers launched. Having no gil seller spam because they were all banned and couldn't make more to spam up cities was really nice.

But yeah all the patches are going to be more major patches, the last ones were done at 6.3 and before that, on Halloween and on 10/18, which coincide with 6.25 and 6.28. They only happen when they see actual changes in server population, and they want to populate the new NA DCs. That'll only happen if the most populated are actually locked from being able to make characters on those servers. Whether this changes in a month and half when 6.35 or a little longer than 1.5mos when 6.38 hits, or when we get 6.4 we don't know. It'll happen when it happens.

I guess I picked a pretty bad time to make up my mind to transfer, but that's alright, I can still world travel and be with my friends so waiting a bit longer is ok, I'm just a bit of an impatient person lol
