Music settings: Loop/Fade out/off, Chocobo on/off etc

Yeah, I got the feeling you were expanding on that concept to include things like zone music, as well.

I have a request to the devs, which I hope am not the only one:

Could we have (yeah ok, for 2.0 >_>) more music options?
Things like not only setting volume but also make it fade or loop? Turn battle/chocobo theme on/off?
I love FF music, but if I'm on my choco for quiet some while, I tend to turn off the music volume, it just gets boring and too much. Good job is when you're not moving and the chocobo music turns down a little, now can I turn it off completely and instead hear the forest tunes from Tranqil Paths?
Just don't remove it completely of course, just give us a bit more options ^^;

Good idea, iv been thinking about it too several times. Chocobo music can be anoying when you listen to it for long period of time. Sometimes the calm music from the woods would be nice indeed, even on the chocobo back! +1

No, no. Don't get me wrong, I was just linking toward the chocobo portion that a rep responded to. I was too tired at the time to elaborate.

Battle music toggle would be pretty gnar too.

I fully support an option to turn the Chocobo music off and just hear the normal zone music instead. The chocobo theme was good for a while but it's just a little annoying at this point with the amount I use my chocobo. Plus I really like some of the zone themes.

I wanted to give you guys a quick update. There has been progress with the music toggle feature, but unfortunately it's difficult to do with the current client so we are working on this to be implemented in 2.0.

This is pretty much a let down. HOWEVER, it'll be totally awesome when we have it in 2.0 so we can ride our mounts and listen to all the new zone tracks.
