Why would I hate on people who have to keep paying a sub whether they feel like playing or not just to keep a box of pixels? I let my house go a while ago and don't miss it at all.

The reason is that a lot of people expect that if the devs do A, B will be delayed.
As housing is currently still a mess in supply, people want that resolved first before they are going to improve/expand housing in other ways.
Populism. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PopulismStop hating the corrupt politicians and corporate lobbyists! It's the government's lack of action that has prevented the average people from having a livable wage! Your anger is understood, and rightful, its just put in the wrong direction. Just because you are without doesn't mean that we have to be at your whim, lose our tax breaks, and never get any amendments to the system that could make it better for us.

I know there's a name for this kind of logical fallacy, but I just can't remember it clearly. I need to read more books and play less games.
I have 4 houses (1L 2M 1S) and I don't care if you hate me.
I have 10,000 needles,
I'm not a weaver,
and I'm not scared to use them.
The only hate goes towards people being grandfathered and or get as many FC houses they can get on multiple servers... in which they never really get to use and assist in eating up a limited ressource at increased speed. And focus on the devs lack of action that has prevented the overall playerbase from having them, and players that buy up entire wards instead. Your anger is understood, and rightful, its just put in the wrong direction. Just because you are without doesn't mean that we have to be at your whim, lose our houses, and never get any updates to the system that could make it better.
I'd like to make a housing suggestion on the forums without negative feedback from the people that are salty, because its really not the right place to do it. I can't do anything about housing myself. That isn't up to any player that owns a house.
It is not ok... it should be 1 house 1 FC per account that you can claim ownership of, no more no less.
The game need to be fair for all because current past grandfathering, the ways the system can be exploited now and more IS NOT fair to everyone.
The logical fallacy is in people trying to pretend that those that own fake houses in a video game are part of some sort of “elite”.Stop hating the corrupt politicians and corporate lobbyists! There are a few new MMOs on the horizon. For Asian MMO folks there's Blue Protocol by Bandai Namco scheduled for global release next year, then you have two MMOs coming from NCSoft (which will likely flop because ya know NCSoft), Palia from Dreamhaven is on the horizon at some point for the social and housing folks, Zennimax is working on a second MMO, and then you have the LoL MMO. Those are the biggest ones I know of with Throne and Liberty and Blue Protocol being the closest to release with at least one coming for sure next year. Hopefully if these all succeed it'll lure more developers to the MMO field.
As someone whos been following WoW. Currently Dragonflight had been getting a ton of Ws and they've just announced a content feature that pretty much acts like Moogle Tomestones but better and longer standing, without it being a required thing to do as well.
Thanks for the info. Blue Protocol could be worth a shot. Liberty and blue looks painfully generic though but that's NCSoft for you. There are a few new MMOs on the horizon. Who said it was an okay thing to do lmao. Most people, at this point of their lives, can figure out it is not okay to openly be jerks to others. People who will be mean to strangers, will be because they don't care. There's no asking with people like that.
I am definitely cautiously optimistic about Blue Protocol. Everything so far has me want to be hyped, especially since the global release came out of nowhere. Prior to the Game Awards all we knew is that the devs wanted to do a Global release but nothing was in the works. As for TnL... yeah not holding out much hope there. IF NCSoft manages to make it good I will be legitimately shocked.
