Has any healer out there ever had the satisfaction of being in the Red Girl fight and being able to use healer lb3 to immediately scrape their parties off the floor, and then having the other two surviving healers do the same?

Well I found that out today in a Breach run. Replaced a healer that left at the start and got to use it, with the other two alliances following suit. The same people who constantly died by not doing mechanics went back onto the floor almost immediately afterwards though.

Had a DRG in Antitower saying "gotta love one aoe ability for dragoon at lvl 60 lol" (doom spike)
"Don't you have 2 more AoE skills?"
"Dragonfire and Geirskokul? 30 secs and 2 minute cds though"

Happened earlier this year.

Some people from my static at the time decided to run Aglaia. We get to the last boss, I don't remember what happened exactly (I think a tank left?) and we went ahead and pulled because why wait? The Alliance that was missing the tank all either stood outside the arena or killed themselves upon being stuck in the arena and had a massive rage fit at the rest of the alliance for two team pulling, telling us to just wipe so they can participate. Guess what, they were unneeded and got to sit there while we 16 manned the whole fight with zero problems. Was pretty funny.

Red Girl is one of the most fun fights as a healer, there is always chaos there and moving around while avoiding 2 shots or even 1 shots. Tankbusters hurt a lot and always end up using most of my resources

Well...just finished a Leveling Roulette where I got Halatali, and after the first pull, the healer went offline. Didn't realize it until after I started the next pull(was on DRK). Of course I died, but the NIN and DNC finished them off. We decided to take it slow, and finished the dungeon with no heals.

Red Girl is one of the most fun fights as a healer, there is always chaos there and moving around while avoiding 2 shots or even 1 shots. Tankbusters hurt a lot and always end up using most of my resources

It's cause people do CT so often that any other raid people die because there are...

People aren't use to bosses that don't melt down in 3 minutes.

Just got out of a leveling roulette run that threw me into Ravel. Had a PLD WHM NIN RDM setup, I was on WHM.

This PLD I had:
-Had aug. scavean, I can work with that.
-Was mass pulling while relying almost entirely on Shelltron, with Rampart and Sentinel barely used. Hmm.
-Never touched Reprisal and Arm's Length the entire dungeon. *narrows eyes*
-Would Clemency himself when he wasn't in danger of dying on the trash pull before the second boss.
-Would pop Hallowed Ground to stop me from Holy spamming. Like literally two major pulls that would benefit the most from having Holy spam at the start then using tank invuln, he would invuln at the start after taking a ton of damage. This hurt my WHM Holy feelings.
-Had two tank jobs at 90. Surely he didn't toss all of his tank leveling gear...right? Could've used that extra bit of defense so he could dps more.

I felt offended when he spammed Clemency on that pull. Only hp that matters is that last one, my good PLD. Please stop using that. I'm not dead. You're not dead, and neither are the dps. Please just stahp.

Yeah, I really don't get the growing trend of only using the bare basic cooldown and expecting it to carry you. Especially when your gear is grazing the bare minimum levels of acceptability. Then you die and you blame the healers... But let me let you in on a secret: healers can't heal stupidity.

Because of course. People who spam Clemency always think that using it at 90% health is the most optimal case. To the point where I just view Clemency overall as the worst button in the game because of how much it promotes bad habits.
Not even Freecure Fishers are this bad. My overall feelings on it, knowing darn well Deveryn is looking at the comment with squinty eyes, is that people who do this are about as trashy as the trash mobs.

Either they did, or they did the same thing on their other tanks and levelled them up with paltry gear. I don't know which is worse.

Regardless, I feel you. I hope you had at least more than one commendation for hard carrying the guy.

I once had a completely normal leveling roulette but decided to come and post here anyways to ridiculize other people to make myself feel better.
