99.99% can't do it on min ilevel.. that is a fact else we would have more people going for world firsts.

SE seems largely detached from the Western fanbase at the moment, but there are potentially major IP related issues with some of these mods that may end up forcing SEs hand. There are a lot of mod makers who are actively raking in thousands of dollars porting assets from other games, including those from other Japanese developers, and I highly doubt SE would be fine with that if they understood what was actually going on.

Funny enough XI is a mod game as well to the point you had devs going "I know people use windower, but don't use it!" and then going to vanafest with Windower and key mods installed on all of the computers for the event. SE is funny like that, lol.

11 is like the wild west and I wouldn't be shocked if 14 eventually ends up the same way in a few years (if we arent there already).

Hell, RMT is encouraged on 11 now and all of the LS I've joined have a list of plugins/shaders/etc. to download. It's weird if you're not using them there.

There are no third party tools. Just betas for stuff the devs are going to add in the future. All perfectly okay to use.

To be fair FIRST they ban a bunch of people for using it. THEN they add it to the game.
