In-Game Bug - Trust NPC Levels reset to 80

I checked too and can see I do have the "bound by hope" achievement (took me a while to find it, Character - General section).
And yes, i heard about it 2nd hand from other players but i will say i trust their opinions and it was from other players of different groups.

(READ THIS FIRST)" at which I followed the: "Please report issues on this page in the Forum Feedback & Forum Suggestions." - I'm guessing now the 'report issues' was for actual issues on THAT page.
Do I just click on the 'Post New Thread' in the first link yea?
