I don't think there'll be a muscle slider (there isn't one for males), since the tails exist and they tend to take a slider slot.

We all gotta wait; more then likely, for the Fanfest or whatever event that they start the AD Campaign for the 7.0 Expansion.
Dont expect anything sooner then that.

We are close to patch 6.3, and it's a pretty packed patch (if we are to go after the roadmap) so I 100% do not expect them in this patch. 6.5 is right at the end and I do not think they will add them then, by that point they would keep the announcement for 7.0. 6.4 is a small chance but it's way too close to the end of the Endwalker expansion to rationally think they will be added then.
So as sad as this makes me, looks like we will have to wait for the fan fest and even then wait some more for the 7.0 release, it's the only logical answer.
