    - Housing demolition is still off, has been for over a year now

    - We have neighborhoods because Yoshi likes the idea of neighborhood style housing and I wouldn't be shocked if those above Yoshi aren't willing to shell out the money needed to give us instanced or better apartments or endless wards. As frustrating as it might be to hear, they probably have other priorities.

    yeah and the neighborhoods are mostly dead except when a venue is on
