Cure III = 1500 Mp cost, assuming that he don't use anything else at all, it will take him 15 sec to be OOM.
Still, 0 reason to spam Cure III especially on trash mobs, cause only the tank should be taking damage and even then, it will not be some high-end values
I've only played XI as my other FF title, but are -aga spells a thing in the single-player games as well? I feel like just having everything numbered adds to the confusion, because if you're not reading tooltips, I think a lot of people assume the higher the number, the more effective the spell! :P Read your tooltips, peeps.
But anyway, I do love how they danced around the skill they probably should have been using (assuming no oGCD heals yet). lol.
Every other FF from VIII onward uses the -aga suffixes, and XIV used to have them.I've only played XI as my other FF title, but are -aga spells a thing in the single-player games as well? They were usually strictly better but with higher MP cost
Will put you on ignore if you can't form a logical argument but argue nonetheless
Have they not heard of Lucid Dreams...or Thin Air? Pretty much any healer has things to keep MP up so well that I'm amazed MP doesn't go the way of TP and just disappear.
Hell I've raised 1 and Hardcastle raise on another 2 and still had more than half my MP because Lucid dream is pretty much an MP reset skill.
You are talking about the naming like curega instead of cure 3?
Because it is only numbered in the English FFxiv version.
German, French and japanese is using ice, icera, icega, iceka. Etc.

Ah sorry. Misread. Thought they said they spammed Cure I and II.
I got confused as soon as I got Cure III too. In my mind, i figured Cure III would be a good option instead of II (didn't bother to read the tooltip).Have they not heard of Lucid Dreams...or Thin Air? Luckily, on my first dungeon, somebody caught wind that I was using Cure III and corrected me. I rarely touch it now.
