Welp, that tank's going to be visited by a circle of Lalafell at night.

You were not discriminated for race. You were discriminated for height.Tank encouraged everybody to vote kick me, because Lalafell are too hard to spot.
Nobody had died. Healing was 100% normal, even with some pretty hefty pulls nobody even came close to dying.
I was DPSing in between my heals. Apart from a misplaced Aero on a mob that the tank hadn't picked up (due to my failure at targeting), nothing really went wrong.
I simply got kicked for being a Lalafell as the tank said something like "it is too hard to see you if you pull aggro. play a better race" and I guess the DPS agreed? The tank hung around after the first boss and I got vote kicked.
All I had said up to that point was "hey"
I guess the tank will get banned from the game, as will the DPS when I report them, right? For racism.
You will likely get banned for false reporting.
Buy fantasia and increase the height of your Lalafell

Weird, normally you sacrifice lalas for good rng.
Imagine being a Lalafell lmao.

Even if it was true, which I don't believe, nothing will happen. Move along folks, nothing to see.

If that story is real, then that's quite the harsh story.
Kicking someone out of a dungeon is something that many player have already done and for many reason, from being DC for a long time to a toxic behavior.
Never once did I witnessed a player being kicked because the "height" of his character was too low. Not in FFXIV, but neither in any MMORPG I've tried so far over several years.
The fact that people can be banned for "unjustified kick" is actually true. I know some people that are in that categorie.
Why is it bannable ? Because it's just a way to prevent a player from playing the game, especially when his only crime is to be a Lalafell.
Now, is this story true ? By asking these question, you may ask also this : Why does "Insert something that triggers you IG" exist ?
Answer : Because people are human, and human are unpredictable. They can take rationnal decision or the complete opposite.
Therefore, it's not impossible for this story to be true, but the opposite is also true.
Anyway, imagining that it's true. I hope this kind of behavior will not happen anymore.
Yeah nah, this didnt happen, good bait though
