I say keep em race/sex specific. Nice to have some sort of uniqueness in the game

Uniqueness already dead since Viera and Hrothgar shares same undershirt and underpants with Midlander and Roegadyn

At this point, I doubt they're going to give unique hempen to Viera or Hrothgar, so the easier (and better) option would be to unlock them all.
