i always hated that dude, even when he was the Exarch. and he somehow became worse.
the constant simping for my char is tiring and its like his entire personality. i'm so sick of it.

Speaking of which, whatever happened to Y'shtola's condition? They said something about how her eyesight was slowly consuming her life force when she was first brought back from the lifestream (or something similar to that effect).
Sounds like they dropped developing on that idea pretty damn quick back in Heavensward.
Venat? I'm surprised to hear she even has Stans at all tbh. She didn't stand out that much besides that time she trialed the WoL's strength and when she killed those people during the Final Days. Her dog is cool though.

I like G’raha.![]()
People like lyse and she was awful. She still gets parts in the story. People like moenbryda who was pointless and got wasted scenes about her in EW because players cried about it being unfair she died. She contributed nothing at all.
Everyone can like or dislike him if they want. I’ll always want more story with him.
Moenbryda wasn't useless though. I don't remember the exact details, but I remember she was instrumental on discovering how to trap and kill Ascians using Auracite.
Also, although I admit that she was barely in the story, I don't find the scenes focused on her and Urianger in EW to be pointless. Part of 6.0 was about reminiscing on the great journey we've been on since ARR and a nod to her and her relationship with Urianger makes sense in that context.
Finally, people like and remember her because she had more spunk/personality than the majority of the cast and was the first true side-character to die in the story. She was also a badass-looking femroe in my humble opinion.

Crystal Exarch > Graha

I like G'raha but you ain't calling useless Moenbryda.I like G’raha.![]()

She was the only person who ended up pulling a way to trap/defeat an Ascian where no one could at the moment, her relationship with Urianger was also fun to see considering how the man acted and talked in ARR and of course a badass roe.
Her death felt too quick imo sadly but damn they worked with that and put one of the best EW moments to make up (and in general of the whole game for me)
Agreed, Despite not revisiting ARR in so many years now, I still recall the cutscene where Moenbryda and the scions are discussing the use of Auracite against the Ascians and her involvement surrounding that part of the story. (I really just liked the way that they presented the cutscene tbh) Even though her involvement was short, she did leave a lasting impression on me at least.
If they wanted to keep G'raha around, I would have liked if Source G'raha didn't receive the Crystal Exarch memories and was kept as an entirely separate character who was struggling to live up to his alternate counterpart's legacy. I think it could have been an interesting concept and could create lots of storytelling opportunities.
His current character is a confusing mess who mostly acts like a different person as his First counterpart and I'm not sure why he's even there beyond shallow fanservice due to his popularity.
I agree. I really liked G'raha as the Exarch in Shadowbringers up to and with 5.3.
After the resurrection his character seemingly devolved backwards, from all his character growth throughout Shadowbringers and final act in 5.3. Which I felt should have been the Shadowbringers version of Lousioix's sacrifice, worthy of an CGI cutscene. And with it his death, and his statue becoming and ever lasting hallmark for his watchful vigil over the First. Then they could also have played into Elidibus talk, through his statue, and somehow also communicate with part of his spirit. Not to mention like Haurchefant's grave remembrance, there would be amble times to reminisce of his tales, and that the moments of his heroism throughout Shadowbringers truly was an epic tale of adventures of his heroisms.
But Alas, instead we got him back in the source as some lost puppy, who only had one or two moments of resembling his Exarch self in confidence and resolve, which the current G'raha Tia otherwise seems devoid of. And now He's just rotting away as a Scion side-kick, until he's needed as a plot device for some future content.

Post 5.3 G'raha doesn't even act that much like his 2.1-2.5 self. The team saw that people went AWWWW at the Exarch's timid behavior in the cutscene after Hades and decided to latch onto it with all limbs.
They flanderized the shit out of G'raha.
