An option to block certain dungeons, trials and raids from daily duty roulettes. I'd like to get something else in raiding more often other than any of the Crystal Tower raids and the first Void Ark raid.

When soloing, for shields to show up on your HP bar.
Make glamour plates save/apply hairstyle settings.

Forgive me if this has already been mentioned, but to have the ability to toggle the mount smoke and special effects when flying would be huge. Constantly moving the camera angle when flying.
Actually fixing that bug that disconnects and reconnects the controller any time the device manager refreshes your devices on the list. Seriously, I despise doing stuff just for my controller to turn off and on just because of a simple glitch in the coding. A glitch btw, the fandom has already fixed. Make it official.

There's a lot of things that I-as-a-player would love in the game which I-as-a-game-dev know are not feasible, and I've weighed in earlier in this thread in reply to others in a few places.
But I have very strong opinions about good UX/UI design, and there are a variety of places I feel this game falls short. So here are a few UX tweaks that I know are feasible, technologically:
Timers on Status Effects in Party List
The client already has this info; just put the timer underneath the buff/debuff marker. As a healer, the difference between a hypothetical Poison debuff that's going to fall off in 6 seconds versus one that'll fall off in 30 is significant; the first one I'm probably not going to bother to Esuna, but the second one you had better believe I'm going to cleanse it.
Show Status Effects in Aggro List
Similarly, if I've got a DoT on an enemy, show it in the aggro list (with timers). If I've missed DoT'ing one enemy as we're running along, I'd prefer to be able to see which enemy that is right in the aggro list rather than having to tab my way through everything looking for the one missing my DoT.
Buff Filters
On that note... let me define sets of buffs or debuffs that I don't want to see in certain UI elements. I don't need to know that the black mage has procced Thundercloud if I am not the black mage, for instance.
As a healer, I don't need to see that someone's procced one of their abilities and can do a Thing when I glance at the party list; I especially don't need to know this if it pushes other things that I maybe do care about -- like, say, is the other healer's shield about to fall off on the tank? -- off of the edge of the visible buffs/debuffs.
Heck, at the very least let me make the focus target only show buffs/debuffs that I've applied.
Better Indicator of Your Buffs/Debuffs
While we're on the topic... the game already indicates which buffs/debuffs on a target are yours. However, it does so by making the countdown timer a pale green... which is almost indistinguishable from the normal color.
Make this more obvious. Sort your buffs/debuffs to the front of the status effects when targeting a thing, and make the icons bigger. Or make the countdown timer bright flashing yellow. Or just... something so you're not going "wait, is that my Higanbana about to fall off, or the other samurai's?"
(Yes, you can and probably should track your DoT cycle in your head alongside your rotation, but sometimes you get distracted or whatever.)
Put NPCs in Your Party
If there is any solo duty where you need to interact with allies -- especially if you need to heal them -- put them in your damn party so you can actually target them in a sane manner. While there were legitimately barriers to this previously, I know, that has to some extent been resolved with the Trust system; yes, it's probably a headache to retrofit old NPCs into the type that can be party members, but healers especially will thank you for the effort.
...ANYWAY. I could keep going, of course -- I have a laundry list of changes I'd like to make, like a 'Pass All' or 'Greed All' option in loot boxes -- but this seems a reasonable small number.

I would love when the Job System would be locked behind the lvl30 Achievement and not some random NPC in Gridania through the MSQ.. like try it yourself:
create a Character (preferably on a Prefered World)
lvl to lvl30 before killing Ifrit (or choosing a Grand Company)
and do all Class Quests of course
you will not be able to start your Job Quest because you haven't talked to Vorsaile (or what his name was) in Gridania within the MSQ and it is crazy to me that it is that way.
I should not need to explain the importance of the Job System, so for New Players to hide it that way is puzzling to me.
+ I think locking the Job System behind the MSQ is bad. Dungeons, Locations, even some other systems like Materia Creation or Flight are okay to be locked that way, not the Job System though!
A marker on your castbar for when you have 0.5 seconds left on a cast. I think they should embrace the nuance of slide-casting. (ノ^ヮ^)ノ*:・゚✧
I would also like an indicator for when I hit a positional correctly. I'm playing as a melee for the first time past leveling it and I'm half worried that I'm not getting in position in time. A nice little player-side indicator that says I'm Behind or Flanking a targeted enemy would be nice. (●´ω`●)ゞ
