And it used to be banned hard but it's not anymore. I'm saying it all needs to be banned. Any spam about your stupid cafe or tavern or whatever you want to try to mask your erp crap needs to be banned outright.

Didn't they only really ever chase and ban largely because people had this advertised via roulette on PF (which pushes it to the top) as opposed to via the 'Other' category which they do now.

Do you go to all these so called erp cafes? I’ve been to a couple cafes and they just seemed like cafes with people sat at tables or bar counters and someone greeting me and showing me to my own table. If there was any erp going on it wasn’t obvious and was kept to tells. If anything, just standing in Limsa you’re more likely to see people you just know are going at it in tells but you’re not clamouring for Limsa to be deleted. Not every rp spot is full of people erping but I’m sure you know that and I do feel bad for replying and giving you the attention. But hey what can you do. Me ignoring your post doesn’t stop everyone else from replying to it.

Jokes aside, they should just report the ppl doing it in public and block club owners who spam. Beyond that, everyone should keep their opinions out of each other gameplay... and maybe not shout.

Yeeah I have been dc visiting Aether and Crystal cafes and never once seen any erping going on BUT Crystal does have erp cafe fellowships.

They banned people for it because they were reported. They don't usually do anything unless there is a report.

I think paddles are more popular, perhaps they can be alternate weapons?

IIRC, PLD has a weapon in the level 30-40 ish range that is basically a paddle.

I prefer some whips, chains, hot candlewax and a little lime but that's just me.

I personally have nothing against ERP or any kind of venues/advertisements (as long as the advertisement itself isn't explicit) just wish they'd use the "Other" section for PF exclusively. Being spammed with any kind of advertisement- giveaways, venues, FCs, etc. is kinda rude and annoying to spam in a chat in my opinion. Maybe even just add another category in PF for RP advertising.
