You do that with others who shares the same principles privately.

Nobody had an issue with the vigil over people passing away or organised lgbt events.

They did. I'm gay and I find them to be counterproductive since 'Pride' doesn't actually represent regular LGBT people. It's just a way for corporations to virtue signal and give lip service to a popular cause and then immediately forget about it once the event period itself ends. I believe there's a lot of memes floating about in regards to how, mysteriously, many companies will change their logos to a variant of a rainbow in every region but those where it would truly matter.

What a lot of people forget is that history repeats and the pendulum does swing back in the opposite direction when things are pushed too far. As such, I firmly believe that a 'live and let live' approach is for the best. It's a video game at the end of the day. Not a venue for activism. So, yeah, I'd like all of it to be brought to a halt. Even the stuff I care about deeply myself.

As a gay guy myself I have zero respect for such gestures since they never seem to reach out to regular LGBT people who don't want a song and dance to be made out of their sexuality/identity at every turn.

I think people asking others to be interested in or engage in foreign affairs often lack the perspective of what it means to live in a different country. When a country different than your own rules something, that rarely even makes the local news. Contrary to what Twitter or social media might have you believe.

I feel for the people who have to deal with the repercussions of their country's leadership, but asking the rest of the world to respond in outrage speaks of a great deal of naivete.

Exactly, It works both ways, Politicians love to shut down their Political opponents, hence they keep irl activism out.. correct me if im wrong it seems based on the TOS you can still have free speech with your FC and friends but in the transcripts given they were using Party Finder for activism correct?

The ToS states that even in private chat (FC, LS, etc.) it can still be a problem if it comes up too often. Also, GMs can look into it WITHOUT a report.
