Unlimited storage you pay for, perhaps.
Blade & Soul totally eliminates the need to mix-and-match. Clothing/armor appearances do not have stats and are kept in a wardrobe where you can exchange them. It's a nice enough system, in that you can switch from PvE to PvP in-game simply by switching out your 'costume'. And they sell glamours, and they sell access to the wardrobe slots themselves, so it's win-win for that Free to Play game.
The only enemy is people's lack of organization / restraint. The system was broken from it's inception since it doesn't resolve the issue that ultimately, our very own inventory is a constant enemy. For a lot of players, every time they log on they will have to decide what equipment they now have to throw away before they can enjoy the game.
Fashion is the true end-game in an mmo yet our own inventory is an enemy to that.
Calling the system broken because it doesn't work for you is just plain incorrect. It's limited. Maybe they didn't anticipate correctly 10 years ago. It is what it is and they understand that. There's not much to do other than laugh about it on occasion. The real solution lies in access to items from content that's been cleared. Nobody wants to boost that because they're still so hurt over the dresser and how broken it is.

How? This is not even possible. The game doesn't give you anything for subscribing other than game time which you might even end up not using at all. Except for the veteran's rewards you don't get anything.
People are overreacting to this... He was making a little joke while displaying awareness of the problem.
What exactly is objectively broken about the system rn? It works as it's intended to. This is why I don't claim it needs to be fixed. I say it can be improved. And frankly players that have to contend with that must be on the slim side cause that's rarely ever said. And if that IS the case sounds to me like some summer cleaning is needed. I'm certain most folks in the game hold on to crap they aren't using or care about. I know I am. That's part of why I'm not complaining. Being able to free up 2 full retainers is a ok in my book, for now ofc.The system was broken from it's inception since it doesn't resolve the issue that ultimately, our very own inventory is a constant enemy.
