You put arguments into my mouth I have no part in, you strawmanned your opposition, made up a faction of people who are "against" you as if that faction of people has any real power to affect anything (they don't), and implied LGBT subject matter isn't appropriate for 13 year olds to know about (which, if you know anything about the subject, it's perfectly fine for them to know and be aware and can even be helpful to know and understand). It's not up to you to decide if it's perfectly fine for them to know that is their parent's decision not a corporation or some random queer.
