What is the most powerful moment of any FF title you've played?

Alright ill have to say multiple scenarios in ff4. I wont go into detail just incase people havnt played but so many characters sacrificed themselves to save others at times where i never thought it would happen. When you feel genuine emotion you know a games story is powerful

Im not sure if it was mentioned.. to me the best moments of a game were in FF8 even more powerful than 7.. people who say 8 sucked do not look deeply into the story and the many many different ways you can believe/interpret this game... such as the theory of Squall dying early in the game and the rest is all a dream ( http://squallsdead.com/ or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svSCg...eature=related ) and the Rinoa is Ultemecia Theory.. which was cleared up ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YggjyBbFfvY ) which is the beauty of this game... it leaves you THINKING of things other games have not... there are more theories out there but yeah.. this is why FF8 remains my favorite and still gives me those OMGWTF moments

FF 8 story was fail. "Hey guys now i remember playing with you guys 8 years ago and being happy and what not" Like really none of them could remember each other not one person? That was the dumbest shit ever. I still to this day don't even understand why Squall liked that chick, nothing clicked about them. He just decided out of the blue he loved her lol....

Aeriths death in Final Fantasy VII was shocking me because I never expected to lose her, as she was important for the story in the game.

I was replaying FF13 the other day and got to the part where Sazh was gonna kill Vanille, then himself. Was an AH SHIT moment. there's plenty of other great moments in the other FF's, but this was a recent one I saw again.

The ending to FFIX for me, after all the stuff that happens in the game Zidane can't leave Kuja to die in the tree, and sacifices everything to bring him out.
