I remember a similar metric being published back during the closed testing. Us chatter box na's held the same commanding lead. It kind of freaked out some of the jp testers.

Hmm Roe cant have tail, it doesnt match the Galka, Roe's anatomy looks more humane than Galka. Galka's leg are short, but Roe's leg are like normal human match, so Roe's may be base on Galka, but it's anatomy are more human like.

One thing I would say is the reason Galka had tails was so that they could reincarnate. Roegayden are not impeded by this and so do not need a tail.

There is a slight difference between the two. KoM Miqo'te have longer, slender tails than KoS.

Tail = tiny legs, tiny legs = awful shape. Also = not having reproductive organs. If you that idea ok, but the reason why Roeg is the way it is, is complaints about galka.

The Roegadyns never had tails, the Galka did. I suggest voting for more clans in the players poll if you want XI looking clans perhaps.

They may have issued new names but there is no denying what the Roegadyn really are. Every other race got a nearly identical model swap. Small alterations to facial features and some additional skin colors but lets not kid ourselves. These are the FFXI races transposed into a new game. I can respect they are laden with new lore and ideas but that is no reason to clip the tail. If it is not used for reproduction, As Roegadyn's now horizontal mambo like everyone else to make chubby Galka babies, I fail to see why it cannot be a simple physical trait. Such as the Miqo'te tail. It serves no real purpose other then being there and distracting Lalafells.

The small gesture would help many FFXI players settle into the new game a bit more comfortably and do a great service to many Roegadyn players I have surveyed on the notion.

You over thinking it, "Roegadyn are based on Galka" but they are not Galka, they are just based on Galka. :| some ppl have serious issues of thinking.

Why wouldn't he obsess over it? Lots of us played galkas for years on FFXI, and now suddenly everyone but the galka have options to look pretty much like they did in FFXI. Playing a character for years, you tend to build a bond to it. And while other people get to look much like they did in vanadiel, the galka... dont.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying roegadyns should be forced to have tails. but add in an subclan that looks like the galka, (tail, more beastlike face, 4 fingers instead of 5, etc) so that those of us with nostalgia for their galka chracters can be happy too!
