In a game with E8S why is SE banning people with suggestive Adventurer Plates?

Being half-naked and being suggestive are two different things. That one frame of the guy "holding his axe" was way too far IMO.

Again this discussion... We already discussed that not so long ago.

I personnaly asked for a GM to answer on that matter and the answer was as clear as crystal : No. You can't make Sexual explicit content on your adventurer plate. Otherwise it's a ban.

I've also seen a streamer on Lulu's FFXIV Streamer Highlights where a Streamer got banned for an adventurer plate.

At least, I'm quite surprised to see many people defending the ToS this time with such great point.

Remember that Skimpy or Revealing doesn't mean "Sexual" ! It's two different things by a significant margin.

I've already seen many adventurer plate of Female Character that tried to boost the "Sexyness" of their character without being suggestive at all. Wearing something with a cleavage for exemple doesn't make that Sexual or suggestive. Otherwise, we will arrest every women in the entire world for wearing that because that's +18 clothes ? Come on, you can't be serious...

Let's try an another exemple : Cucumber

It's just a vegetable, nothing to see there. But for some reason if you take a picture with it while you are taking it with your two hand and put it in a way to "simulate" your genitals... Well that's completely different, and THAT is suggestive.

The TOS isn't immutable. It will change. Not that everybody has read it, or knows for sure what is in it. Also, that doesn't make the TOS intelligently enforced. For that matter, what is in it could be stupid.

If you haven't read the ToS/don't know for sure what's in it, you only have to blame yourself.
