    I don't know if this has been mentioned yet or not, but it would also be nice if the 15 minute abilities were on a GCD, rather than maxing the cooldown when switching to the job. This becomes noticeable for fights like the job nms where you may enter as one job because you have to, and you switch to the job you need to use but don't have access to the ability even though you havent used it in a while.

    I realize 15m isn't a huge time, but it also means if you're with a group and need to be on a job you can't change class/job or your 15m will be down.

    My only problem with the 15 minute abilities is waiting 15 minutes to be able to use it after switching job. Every time I'd help someone with something I'd switch over, travel to wherever place I need to be, and there's still 10 minutes to go. It took me quite some time to even have an opportunity to use Hundred Fists (PGL is my only level 50). The rest of the time, like in dungeons, I generally felt it was either overkill or just a suicide button with no middle ground.

    To not have to endure the full cooldown on job switch would be nice, maybe just 7.5 minutes or so so you can't simply rotate the abilities in a dungeon or something.

    Or have the cool down timer for 15minute abilities remembered between job switches. I.e. Monk activate 15minute. 5 mins later change class/job. 5 minutes later change back to monk, oh look 5 minutes until ability...

    Although that would mean you could 'cycle' between all jobs using their 15 min abilities hmmm... Is there no compromise??

    I'm in the camp with the people complaining that some of these 15 min. abilities are underpowered considering the CD. Burst and Dragonfire Dive most notably seem rather weak. I just wanted to post here in the hopes this thread continues grow and the devs take notice.

    the biggest issue i have with the reset on the 15 minute cooldowns are when i jump onto a craft to repair an item for someone it resets my timers over again. why should i get punished for helping someone else out in game. it's to the point that i send people to repair npc's because it's not worth it to have to reset my timers.

    I agree that benediction could have a better AoE range, but I would like buffs and abilities like benediction to be party wide and not AoE.

    Burst is pretty disappointing also. (but then you can't expect crazy damage from a skill every 15 mins)

    I would have much prefer to see a skill like manafont, where you use no mana for X amount of time.

    I sure was disappointed hitting Hundred Fists and seeing it vanish straightaway. I was hoping for something thrilling like XI's Hundred Fists, but without the awful cooldown. I wish it lasted more like 45~60 seconds.

    Okay, never mind... I just checked it, and it hits way more than it shows. It's actually not that bad. Now I find myself wishing they would've made it show your character hitting as many times as it does. I want to be able to feel the thrill of beating enemies to a pulp! w

    Maybe tie all the jobs 15 min cooldowns together and make it persist through class/job changes.

    It could always be worse, we could have gotten Mijin Gakure and killed ourselves, Wildcard and have a really random effect, or DRG's 15 minute ability could be to summon a pet that lasts about a minute.
