Player Poll, The Viera Movement.

I'd be happy with any of the following:

- any of the races from FF Tactics (Viera, Nu Mou, Bangaa, etc.)
- any of the races from FF CC (Yukes, Lilties, Selkies, etc.)
- any of the existing FF14 Beastmen (Amal'jaa, Ixali, Kobolds, Qiqirn, Goblins, Slyphs, etc.)
- whatever race Kan-E-Senna is (forgot the name of them)
- Moogles
- Mammets (or just be able to control them with a certain job)
- more variations of the existing races

Just as long as there aren't any furries... ><

UGH! I don't think I want to see a race from another FF. Even if they change viera to a Fox or gave us another tiny race of Mice people... Anything but the same thing. Just my opinion >.>

I voted for mixed races... Hyur-Elezen etc :P I would love Vieras and Bangaas tho, sadly Moggles are to holy here lol

Granted, I think Ivalice fantastic and just about anything that gets imported from there to FFXIV is fine by me. I'd be a fan of Bangaa or Nu Mou in this game as well.

However, if they wanted to keep the races more "Eorzean", they should just make that race of horned people in Gridania (I forget the name) playable. I'd be totally fine with that.

I'd prefer Ivalice races to stay within Ivalice. Not because I think it would cheapen this game, but because I feel it would weaken Ivalice as it's own continuity. Suddenly the things that make Ivalice unique and special become commonplace, and it looses some of its individuality.

Please no more overly sexualized female races. That'd be redundant. And I agree with Gramul. Leave the Ivalice races in Ivalice.

A new race that is unique to the XIV world would be cool. Like a dragon-like people, or something. Something more wild, scary, or less 'pretty' compared to the other races.

If you want to leave Ivalice races in Ivalice, then they should leave Vana'diel races in Vana'diel too. Let them scrap what we have now and replace it with whatever since every counterpart of each race in XIV is nearly a splitting image of Vana'diel races.

I see nothing wrong with Viera in FFXIV, they could of migrated or exist on another continent. For all we know the land of Eorzea is a region in the world of Hydaelyn encompassing the continent of Aldenard. I expect to see a lot of different races out there including others besides Viera, but we shouldn't count them out just because they're to sexy..
