So with the change to Aero II it is now a 60 potency dot for 30s at 200mp.
Dia is 60 potency dot for 30s at 400mp....
It's not much, but someone clearly didn't check into this when they made the changes to Aero

I find it hilarious, only because it became a downgrade from not changing Dia along with the other abilities. The JP forums made a bug report so hopefully they buff Dia (or more likely nerf Aero II damage) in a hotfix.

its so weird too because they also nerfed Stone IV by 10 potency. I think it might've been better to keep Stone IV and nerf Aero II.
Actually it's par for the course for the devs. They never properly check or test anything for healers.
From the same people who didn't scale blood lilies loss to match Glare III (it became a bigger loss than it used to already be) and also did not (and still haven't) update(d) tetra's potency to match the new Cure II/Lily potency, I am not surprised. At least blood lilies are neutral now.
Got to love the oversights that healers get. Really cements the feeling that Healers are an afterthought
"Oh, yeah, Bob from Accounting used to be our guy for tweaking healer potencies, but we had to replace him because he was too good at math." - YoshiderP, probably.
The job guide site is currently down for maintenance. I imagine it along with the other typos that were found on the site are going to be corrected. In my mind I thought this outcome was obvious.
Update: I was very wrong, sadly. Definitely seems like a really sloppy launch in some ways, which is baffling. I mean I know healing roles are FAR in their periphery, but this is just sad.

I'll laugh my @$$ off if it gets filed under "Working as Intended" or "Needs More Information".
Alrighty, who's taking bets on the over/under on how long this takes to get fixed? My guess 6.15
Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]
Nah man.
Pay more MP for upgraded animation.
