I'm amazed at how they keep finding new ways to ruin jobs, who actually asked for those nin and sam changes and why did they listen to them?
The Adventurer Plates!!
Mortal Fist
I'll welcome the change if it means NIN gets away with a higher RDPS overall and also results in higher personal DPS for solo/four player content.
and admitly i like the card picture thing
These will be good changes for NIN tbh. Fights try to avoid disengage during the 2 min windows, but are less kind about to the 1 min windows. NIN being brought up in aDPS will mean it's less reliant on their teammates not sniffing glue during raid.
TA being personal, and adding a misc. buff on a 2 min rotation will make the job scale equal to the rest of the melees (so it's not as weak early in the tier, and not as semi-broken late tier).
Overall I'm really pleased about the very little they said about NIN, as for SAM... Well let's just I'm jelly and hope Kassatsu also guarantees a crit.

Plot twist, that's an accidental leak of Female Hrothgar.
Edit: I don't understand the point of the Mug and TA change for NIN, who asked for this?...
I also don't like the removal of Kaiten... Kaiten feels awesome to weave and adds a lot of speed to the Job, it's just going to feel more boring to play imo.
I do understand it because of the auto-crits now but I'd rather take potency nerfs that are made up for with Kaiten.
Just removing Kaiten is bad imo, it's one of my favorite things of playing SAM -_-, it's a great and unique skill why remove it...
