You have no idea what contributions I've made or not made to what causes.

Pausing Demolitions to assuage tangential stress for people worrying about real things like how gas is quickly becoming a budget concern, or the affects to global markets and weirdly enough tech production (check out who supplies about half of the Neon used in chip production), is a small thing SE can do and saying that they should just NOT do it because you are whining for a house and "OMG THERE'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM", when the problems are likely your parents, friends, and neighbors problems is incredibly short sighted and unsympathetic.

Should people be more worried about their real lives than their virtual house? Absolutely. Does this mean that unless the company can do something directly about those real world issues they should do NOTHING? NO.
