I have 0 interest in exploring anything to do with the ascians once 6.5 is over-now is their time to shine but once Endwalker is done please give us new villains.

Cant agree more no more Ascian crap. Felt that was the purpose of getting rid of Zodiark as way of saying were done with them. No more of them bringing gods into against or causing trouble behind the scenes. Its time for them to be dead and gone. Its my opinion they are dead and will not make anymore appearances outside of Pan.

Would not mind new scions and the current ones have dream and goals. Would be great to see them find a way back the first then see Thancred leave to stay with Ryne on the first. Estinien has joined the scions he could fill Thancreds role if Thancred did depart.

Azem is technically us, Gaia is more like zenos human with ascian power. So knock those two off the list.

They literally said that though. Azem= WoL and loghriff= Gaia. Why knock those two out of the list when they're just listing the convocation members so it's easy to track who still survive or not.

Even if Gaius has red masks, doesn't mean he's able to permanently kill them. The biggest challenge of killing an ascian is due to their soul able to escape to the rift. When we kill nabriales, we need white auracite and tupsimati to blast him. I really doubt Gaius knows about this, or even if he did, where does he get the required aether anyway to kill them permanently?

Don't know but the source is not the only world and likely not the only one who found a way to kill them. We have not seen them in a while they could be dead or alive, I hope dead and hope they stay there. Zodiark is no more the purpose is done, I think its best to stop asking before the writer gets the funny idea we want another 10yrs of more ascians. My Opinion their dead and done

I'd settle for another ten years of the Ancients and non-hostile dealings with Garleans.

The game has some pretty intriguing lore and many of the 'recent' story revelations should have arguably been revealed and explored much sooner. The story could have latched on to Regula as way to get an 'in' with Garlemald instead of just pretending as if he never existed. A bit too late for that now, unless they decide to bring him up by making Jullus turn out to be his nephew or some such...

New non-MSQ dungeon series meant to be somewhat challenging for light parties.
New large scale instance NOT using the crappy Paper Mario style consumables. Make them non-disposable or don't make them at all.
Dropping the chosen one celebrity shthick with the player character to go back to being just an adventurer, by all means necessary.
Brand new Viera and Hrothgar Trust for the next MSQ. No I don't think they should just use the job quest NPCs.

We defeated beings each stronger then any of the remaining ascians, add on everything we have gathered tech and knowledge wise. Ascians have be reduced to a joke now. Need new villains we don't know how to defeat and will actually struggle against.

We had help against each of those beings. We don’t have that anymore. Hydaelyn’s blessing is presumed gone. We don’t have Unsundered help anymore and the Azem crystal will most likely be gone soon enough as well. Honestly we can argue there will never be a threat for the remaining lifespan of the game because Dynamis is such an asspull of a mechanic that we can use anytime to let us win but i digress.

That plus the most it yielded thus far was some bird waifu who thrashed about for about 35% of the fight, flailing her head.
