I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.

Only Square Enix would make a super popular game, only to decide they'll finally make either a remake of it or a spiritual sequel decades later.
Meanwhile, you got game companies already working on a sequel minutes after a game release filled with bugs and glitches that they promise they will fix with dlcs and updates.
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.

May not be FF:T but I'm pleased about this. I never really got to play the game since the disc I had failed. IIRC this was one of the remasters on that Nvidia list that was making the rounds a while ago. Still hoping the IX thing comes true as well.
Yep, I really enjoyed it. It's a classic, like some of the old Infinity Engine RPGs, especially the way you could shape your path via your character choices. There's some good games that reprise it, like Pillars of Eternity or Divinity: Original Sin 2 (I haven't tried Baldur's Gate 3 yet), but they're in the high fantasy vein. I typically don't like sci fi games (as opposed to movies), because I like magic as an element in RPGs, but SW manages to have its own form of it.Finishing up KOTOR after so many years, has me really missing good, fun, scifi media. Games and shows/movies. I wouldn't mind seeing more elements as a part of FFXIV, to be honest. Same with RPGs, really. They just don't make them like they used to. I did laugh quite a bit though, at how many things I saw that were pretty 'problematic'. I can see much of it being removed or altered with that supposed remake of it coming out.
When the game's story becomes self-aware:
