There is only one cutscene in each alliance raid that contains story. Its the cutscene that follows the death of each of their final bosses. Every other cutscene is a boss intro. Nothing story wise is going on in them unlike Prae and Cast.

Watch the cut scene, then port to the arena mid fight. I don't understand the issue.

Your wrong..
Most of the bosses have some kinda dialog in them..
Xanda talks to the PC a bit
Diablo dose too
Ultma dose
The puppets changing into the boss is kinda important to the story
The girl in red has a full cutscene before the boss
And there's probably others I'm not remembering
Sometimes the boss intro is part of the story. The Nier raids especially, but Ridorana also comes to mind.
Only two minutes but also half the fight at the same time. I feel like time is more linear than that but that might just be me.Because the newbie who joins the fight halfway will misss half of the fight. What are you missing in thos 2 mins of waiting? It's not like you're chained there unable to move or loss elsewhere until you start the fight, you know.
Also, you only get a first run once ever.
I never had a problem waiting, good time to check for messages and stuff too. I also don't have a tickling timebomb attached to me that explodes if I pause a minute, but that mgith be just me.
Boss scene:Hi, now get lost.
There is your typical boss dialouge in alliance raid.
If the last boss of Puppet's Bunker is lasting half an hour or something for you, there must be something wrong. Unless you're speaking about something only you can understand, which I don't exclude.
You seem to have skipped many of them, including the Puppet's one in question.
Noped watch them all. Same narrative across all of them, even gaius gets more relevant dialouge. If the last boss of Puppet's Bunker is lasting half an hour or something for you, there must be something wrong. Unless you're speaking about something only you can understand, which I don't exclude.

Grandstanding about it is an easy way to score faux morality points.
The reality is that both sides of the issue are circumstantially reasonable, and there isn't a simple good guy bad guy dichotomy to it. Expecting a group of 20+ people to wait for someone to finish watching a video game cutscene seems unreasonable to some, especially if they have limited time. Others don't mind waiting because they don't feel that they're in a rush. Neither camp are evil villains out to ruin things on purpose for other people.
