While not specifically regen, coz SGE not WHM... no, because when I put a kardia on you, it's going to do the same thing as a regen and send those loose mobs you didn't pick up with stance/aoe right onto to me. And it's not great to waste a GCD casting Kardia on the end of a wall-to-wall when I can be doing other things to save you and the DPS from death.

Yeah, kardia is only a weak fairy worth of heals - 6,000 hp or so, but every single bit helps when our DPS are trying to be cleaved.

If the WHM's regen makes it too hard to grab stuff, click it off after they cast it, the fact they did it likely means they won't notice. You could nicely request they hold it until you stop running too.

But please don't turn off your tank stance. It's a bad habit that will hurt your Sages.
