Petition to bring back the Garo event

Personally, I am really not a fan of bring back this PvP event.
PvE farmers already tainted Frontline as it is and already deeply hurting PvPer's expereince.
I would say no to PvP event; howerver, if it is brought back into Golden Saucer and can only earn through other PvE means, I am ok with it

As far as i see from your profile, you only have the basic pvp mount (obtainable by a proper farming with no real win conditions), not even a single mount from feast leaderboard which mean you probably play pvp as casual like any pve player, so i don't rly get the point to be agressive and angry when you barely have anything to pretend to be better than them.

if only you were a top 20 pvp player in the feast leaderboard, i could understand.

so please, for the next time you wanna act awful, show us some achievements to backup your words, because atm, you just look toxic for nothing.

OT : I don't care if garo's event come back or not, but if it does, i'll be more than happy to finally get those horse i missed the last time.

First of all, if you want to do that forum history please do make sure you also at least browse post history a little.
This is an alt account and I have mentioned that in recent post.

Second, no one will be using Feast for garo event because mount requires you to win 100 matches with Garo title.
Do some basic research first at least before you spit out non sense.

3rd, how many times I need to state in this thread, I dont cares about a half baked mode like Feast.
I also ranked in Feast, it is not like it is super hard.
Anyone has free time to Q non stop and not awful can make into ranked

You just need 30 feast matches for yellow horse, 10 frontline / rival wings matches for white horse, and 60 matches (whether it's frontline or rival wings or feast) for black horse.

I really hope it comes back, I loved that event! And it kept the pvp queues active almost all the time! I got most of the things, but I didn't get the female variants of the gear, which are the nicer looking ones. I still want a chance to get those! But they'll have to replace the feast achievements, since that's not a thing anymore.

It occurred to me that with the recent trend of making at least some gear gender-neutral, doing that for the Makai sets would be a neat way of adding "more gear" without developing new designs. The only thing that's really strongly gendered is the dress under the coat for the Manhandler/Moon Guide design, and to a lesser extent the Markswoman (though with a name like that I guess making it neutral seems a little odd!). Other than that, it's mostly a collection of cool coats and headpieces, with one role-shared design of pants/shorts and boots per gender.

So I think it would be cool to make both designs work for both genders, with a bit of editing on the Moon Guide front. Or at least make the headpieces equippable.

Making the level 1 versions freely equippable by all jobs would be nice too, but they don't seem to do that for PVP glamours.

There are enough PvPers to have game going on when Frontline offering nothing but PvP marks
I am willing for wait 15 mins for a good game than crappy game every mins.

Oh, I know.
Back then it was 8v8v8 more often. Which was way more fun.
I can believe there being 24 people interested in PvP on ... sometimes.
Even though the queues tended to take over an hour to pop.
And they were STILL filled mostly with people, like me, that just wanted some tomestones, but weren't in the mood to queue for anything that'd be likely to pop.

They've been doing that for all the pvp gear that came out since the Stormblood rework. The old gear had level requirements because it had stats relevant to pvp, they just never bothered to update those pieces besides switching out the removed pvp stats for normal substats.

I know they're level 1, but they're still role-locked. That's what I'm talking about. The level 1 versions of the Garo sets from the Gold Saucer are likewise still role-locked despite being purely for glamour.

I did read, alt or not it doesn't matter : you act toxic, show backup or stay silent and even on your main, you're a litteral nobody, not even ranked in your own datacenter for the frontline.

from my pve boy Pov, you remind me those guys talking shit about wf players but clearing savage week 60 with echo.

Also 1 or more garo's mount require you to farm feast but i'm sure you just probably forgot

Feast is actually the most relevant pvp mode if you want to show some skills, that's why there is a leaderboard with exclusive reward for the top 100, you can compare it to arena in wow.
