    Taking a closer look at this, while the phrase presence of mind isn't owned by WoW, the ability Presence of Mind in WoW is remarkably similar to Presence of Mind in XIV. OP may not be completely wrong here.

    OMG WoW are gonna sue the dictionary people as well.

    WoW cannot sue over it while the spells are very similar they both indicate keeping calm under pressure, therefore they come from the dictionary rather than ripping WoW off.

    Perhaps Henry James should sue WoW since they used the name of the book he wrote, that was later made into a movie in the 90s to name a spell.

    Then again, isn't it also an ability in at least one Sony MMO?
