My thoughts: there's not really a high point to summoner that makes you think "Yay, I worked for this and am getting rewarded!" like the end of Black Mage's rotation or Red Mage. Nothing where you might save up resources for a big payout with raid buffs. It's more "I exist and am pressing Searing Light/Demi on cooldown" regardless of what the raid does. It's probably one of the last jobs that you'd get Dance-Partnered on and highly problematic if trying to shift the burst window around to align with boss phase changes.
