I healed DRKs undergeared (not on purpose mind you) and I did just fine.
Struggled a little it, but Hey, made being a Healer Exciting again. Even if its temporary until we get better gear, I always Appreciate a Challenge as a Healer.

The skill requirement from everyone for a smooth quick dungeon run becomes higher with a drk.
Raids, maybe a reason for sge to dump their addersgall?

When running Expert roulette as Sage i don't see much differences between tanks as long as they know how to press their cooldown honestly...
As Sage it doesn't make much difference wich tank you get since you only heal with Ogcds while dpsing anyway
In my experience, having leveled all healers, WAR is the one that feels more resistant.
Next is DRK, interestingly. Their TBN can stop damage flat for a few seconds and their mitigation with Oblation makes them feel rather solid.
PLD is on third place. You'd expect them to be higher but in my experience, I felt they took a lot of damage, rather quickly. Maybe I had the misfortune of just meeting bad PLD, that could be it. (I've also noted PLD is the tank I've seen the least.)
GNB is the absolute most fragile of the bunch. They take damage very quickly and their health goes down super fast.
You forum DRKs are on some serious doomium. This game has a massive problem with very low incoming damage outside of like two savage fights. I've healed dungeons with no tank at all without any issues.
Eh. Healing DRK takes more effort than the others but it isn't really any harder. So long as the tank understands how to use their cooldowns and isn't undergeared I don't have much issue with them as a Sage(and I'm arguably the worst healer for a DRK).
The downsides is that I can't AOE/DPS as much as I could with say a Warrior as the tank. Also, if the DRK botches a pull, misuses cooldowns, or isn't well geared it can be hell trying to save them. Especially if the DPS are also taking damage at the same time by standing in the bad. Sages really struggle to come back from a healing deficit.
This one confuses me. I never have ANY issue generating Addersting on any tank. I'm not sure why DRK would generate any more than anyone else. If anything, DRK actually has TBN which protects your shield on them for awhile which slows your Addersting generation.

For trashpulls I have a very silly rotation that should be able to keep the crappiest tank up as without having to blow all your cd's:
-Target the tank
-Eukrasia
-Diagnosis
-Dyskrasia (somewhere around he the shield always pops for Addersting
-Eukrasia
-Toxikon <tt> macro
-Diagnosis
-Eukrasia
-Toxikon <tt> macro
-Diagnosis
-Eukrasia
-Toxikon <tt> macro
-Diagnosis
-Eukrasia
-Toxikon <tt> macro
-Diagnosis
Obviously cast Phlegma and some other stuff (with the <tt> macro)when you see the opportunity but this tends to do the job reasonably well and gives plenty of windows for Druochol and Taurochol to be weaved into it.

I get to use my healing cooldowns for once.

I'd imagine they would be elated since they would have something to heal.

I’ve mostly healed as SGE and SCH so far. Got WHM to 90, but I find the barrier healers way more fun, so I haven’t played it much. After seeing the absolutely absurd card changes to AST, I’ve been disinclined to level it right now, lol.
I would also consider myself average at best. I personally don’t notice a difference on healing different tank jobs in that way. If a tank dies, I know it was ultimately because I messed up. What makes healing any tank difficult for me is if they don’t use any defensive cooldowns. And the reality is… DRK players (for whatever reason) are the worst offenders for this. So, for that reason, I find DRKs the hardest tank to heal, but not because of their skillset, its because more often than not, they’re the most likely to be bad and/or lazy players.
