    But in cheesing the system, that is not random at all, anymore.

    You are NOT choosing Roulette because of that, you want the incentive, which is legit, but by cheesing this stuff, the experience for others is greatly decreased. You understand that, right?
    I'll care when SE starts caring and scale the rewards.
