I mean, at least with Hrothgar, Au Ra and Viera they can explain being there since ARR as they were always on Etheryis, you can't explain a Loporitt going to Eorzea 7 or so years before anyone even knew of their existence without raising suspicion and then having to change the dialogue on Endwalker where they probably had *some* idea of Etheryis habitants due to one of theirs having left to adventure in the planet. Even then it's even weirder that Venat thought it would be funny to make Azem one of her creations.

With limited at the very least we have a choice that we could make. As it stands for smol races like lalafell we legit only have on option, and if you want to play a small race but do not like the aesthetics of lalafell you are pretty much SOL.

I would much rather have a limited option over no option.

Just give us the lopo guys as vendor npcs for our homes. Would also be nice if we could change our retainers to them and certain other character types that players can't use, just don't display any of the equipment they are wearing and it opens up a lot of race options. Max rep for tribes could unlock having that tribe as your retainers.

Not so much that I lack standards more so I am the type of person that does not show head armor and hardly ever changes their hairstyle. So it would be a finished race for me. :P

people calling them unfinished races should go back and look at what they said when Viera/Ronso were released.

they are finished... they were designed to have more unique faces/hairstyles than any other race for the price of not being able to wear helmets (not a big deal since most helmets are pure trash anyways) They can still wear mask and other things. They are legitly finished completely once female ronso come out.

Also... We need atleast 1 more race to have another short option between the two Idk if Loporitts are it or not but it needs to happen.

Not a fan. Loporrits are cute and all... but I personally wouldn't want them to be playable. For now, they should just fill in the female Hrothgar spot and the current races we have should be the end of races introduced into FFXIV.
