I'm just hoping for even a small bit of information on the fem Hrothgars. I've been wanting a strong catlady for so long... ;-;

Yeah new raidtier coming and probably some other stuff as well so maybe.....maybe....a hairstyle upgrade again?

Yeah, that'd be great, but I'm not holding my breath. When we get hairs, I expect it to be few and far between. I'd like to be optimistic, but two years of ShB with nothing, kind of made that impossible. Au Ra is a good one to ween yourself off many headpieces since their horn clipping makes many headpieces unusable (for me). I do prefer the type of headgear viera can already wear: circlets, tiaras, etc.. anyway.

Hopefully so, but yeah, I don't want to let myself get disappointed over it again. It's one race now, and shouldn't be tied to hrothgar anymore either. I'd like to believe, I really would. Anyway, aside from that, I hope the new hairstyles we get from here on actually look good, not just the ported hairs. I'm sure they will port more, I'm mostly concerned about the quality.

I am very particular with hats anyway, but the ones I like to wear that viera can actually look fine on Au ra. The only reason I don't play au ra more is because they are short and because I am hoping viera gets more upgrades soon. I love viera being tall and pretty but the limitations are just...saddening.

Yeah, the limitations are pretty much the same reason I would default to au ra and not viera. When I went back to Au Ra when I did, it also just happened to be around when that Zadnor hairstyle came out - that viera can't use (I was my other veena preset at about this time). It's one of my preferred styles for au ra - I wouldn't mind seeing that one ported and adjusted for viera as well.

I doubt viera will get too many headgear updates, they obviously can choose to do hats, as things like the Reaper artifact headpiece is available for them, SE just largely doesn't. Maybe we will see more of these types? Any headpieces that have accessories that would clip through the ears seem to just become unavailable for them, like the EW AST headpiece. I do always laugh at how SE will do this sort of quality control, since they don't seem to have many issues with other clipping.

Haircuts usually come on main patches, so I honestly wouldn't hold my breath for getting any in 6.01.

Here's hoping female Hrothgars aren't just an asset flip male or a slighter more fluffy Miqo'te I wanna see something unique for the only proper playable beast race in this game.

I just fantasia’d to viera just to see what it’s like. Why on earth can viera STILL not display most head pieces??? I’ve read in interviews that the devs don’t like how much the ears clip through but I can say, emphatically, we the players don’t care. There’s apparently a mod that allows viera and hrothgar to display all headpieces in the game with a few exceptions and it looks amazing. Why don’t the devs do that? Most long hair styles on other races clip though chest pieces. The amount of clipping in the game in general is really high. Nobody cares. Bunnies and lions should be able to wear hats and use most or all hairstyles too.

I hope we can get hats. I really don't care for the clipping and a lot of hats will work well, especially bard hats, even with the ears clipping through them. Just let the players decide if they are okay with the clipping or not...

Just makes me laugh SE are bringing in a lot of capes that clip with Miqo’te and Au’Ra’s tail and they’re like ‘eh, players deal with it’, but when it comes to Viera’s ears clipping through hats it’s MY GOD NO WE CANT HAVE THAT VIERA GETS NO HATS.

I was really hoping the Both Ways hairstyle was gonna be one of the ones they ported over, too I hope it's coming because it's one of my favourites.
