Will there ever be true raiding content in FF14?

if ff14 focused as much on raiding as WoW does it was take away from other aspects of the game, this game isn't just about raiding, it's an aspect of the game but there is other stuff to do at endgame as well. savage may not be as difficult as WoW raids but you do have ultimate raids as well. . Raiders need to remember they're not the only players the devs are trying to cater to.

Bahamut coils and Alexander felt more like actual raids, However 8 player raids essentially progressed to being just another set of ex trials by Stormblood. However they kept them as a way to clutter inventory with a bunch of trade tokens...

Not every MMO has to boil down to "raid or die". The funny part? If the raids were like WoW's, you sound like the type who would instead complain that they're "just copying WoW".

You don't like the format? Cool. Run along and play something else that fits your taste. Literally millions of other players are clearly happy with the way it is now. What you are asking/looking for has never been the way FFXIV has done it and (most likely) never will.

True raiding content and hardcore catering stuff huh, you could always play WoW Shadowlands instead. There's no queue right now and kinda fun for a bit, but everything outside the endgame catering to small minority of playerbase is pretty dull and soulless.

I think I rather wait in FFXIV 5000+ Queues for hours than play WoW Shadowlands though, it was OK for killing time from Dec 3 to today but I don't think I can tolerate another month subscription just to kill time in queues.

If I had to play another 2 weeks or another month of WoW I might commit suicide but WoW Shadowlands taught me that the Afterlife sucks and is worse than a 9-5 job, it's 24/7 shitshow job that you're stuck with- NO Thanks.

FFXIV will probably never have raids like Naxx or Ulduar, but I don't think WoW does that anymore either.

I hope we never get WoW-esque raids in this game. I also hope we never get a Bozjan Castrum style dungeon again..those are nightmares on console.

Why do people keep saying Nier? It was an incredibly simple raid tier mechanically.

NieR is probably the easiest alliance raid in terms of mechanic and alliance coordination, but it is the worst in visual design, the pale background turn some of the AOR marker harder to read
