You have told us that the log-in server will hold your place for about 10-15 minutes. WRONG! I have been trying to log-in since 1400 and twice I have gone from 4739 in que to 1097. Each time I received a 2002 error and was disconnected. I completed the sign in process within 5 minutes and had to start over at 4700. I am on my 3rd attempt and back in que at 4798. 5 hours wasted and at least another 3 hours to go provided I don't 2002 again. This has been a nightly occurrence since Endwalker Early Access. Also please stop spreading the false claim that packet drops from the players ISP are responsible. That is bogus and you know it. I have been a continuous subscriber since Early Access ver 1.0 (the only one that went smoothly for me) so I feel that I have earned the right to vent when I feel that smoke is being blown.

While writing this post I got another 2002. Starting over for the 4th time

Yeah, my understanding was that they said "tens of seconds up to one minute".

Few 10s of seconds to a minute at most. But it's not hard and fast.

Even if you are temporarily disconnected due to Error 2002 at times of such instability, the lobby server will continue to wait for a few tens of seconds to a minute for your connection to be restored.

It takes longer then that to log in from scratch. So no matter what the save time is you cannot access it with the current setup

I just logged into the NA servers to do my submarines.... queue was over 5200. 3 x 2002 errors during that time, login time on those was about 12 seconds, give or take, with the worst being close to a minute as it needed three attempts. I was fortunate not to get put back to the end.

Queue sucks, but your impression is way off. 15 minutes is a queue loss, and you can sign in in around 15 seconds.

It takes me at least 1 minute to initiate the launcher, enter the log in info, have it accepted and hit play. The I have to wait for the intro screen to appear so I can enter the character select screen and select my character for log in and this is if everything goes smoothly.You can do it in 15 seconds. Tell me your secret.

So far the only time I have ever lost my queue spot.. is when it 2002'd four times in a row, not allowing me to requeue. Every other time I have always managed to get back in and keep my place in the queue.
