After Goobbue mount - do we need other mounts than a choco?

Goobbue is good for people who haven't done the Chocobo quest yet.

What has me worried is if they add more, our mini action bar is going to be full of useless icons. (they should make calling a mount a skill button)

Yes i wish they wouldnt add more stupid mounts, it just doesnt make sense to me in an FF way.

Why do people want less things in this game?

Why do people want more things that truly has zero impact or contribution to gameplay?

I want to switch the music on my Goobbue mount to my chocobo. That's the main reason I'm using it right now because I'm kind of tired of feeling like I'm riding my bird in a Boston Market commercial.

Because people care about aesthetics, which DO have a huge impact on gameplay for a lot of people.

At first I thought it might bother me, but after getting the Goobue, I realise it does not at all. Also I feel that if every mount has its own riding music, we could get an option through questing like in 13-2 where you can choose the music we want to listen to while we ride. Would be a nice addition

Personaly I don't mind a few "special" mounts here and there, but I'd much rather they spend the time spent on cosmetics to develop some real and varied content for us.
